1. Single round, 2-man scramble with five flights based on GHIN handicap.
2. Field is limited to a total of 124 players.
3. All teams must register through this website per the below entry form.

Tournament Rules:

1.)  The pro shop staff at the Dunes is responsible for running the tournament and questions or disputes will be settled by the Dunes and not the organizers of this event.

2.) The two players of each team will determine which ball to use on any given shot.  For each ensuing shot not on the green, the ball is allowed to be placed within one club length of the original lie, no closer to the hole, and under the same condition (i.e. if the original lie is in pine straw, the next shot must be played from pine straw).

3.)  On the green, the ball is allowed to be placed within one score card width of the original lie, no closer to the hole, and under the same condition.

4.)  It is the responsibility of the opposing team in each foursome to ensure the rules are followed. To ensure the correct rules are followed, consider playing a provisional shot(s) to complete the hole in order to keep the pace of play.

5.)  Resolution for all ties for the Top 3 positions in each flight will be determined by either a live sudden-death playoff or an agreement by each team to equally split the prize money.  No scorecard playoffs allowed. 

Team Rules:

1.) The GHIN handicaps for the players on a team MUST be within 10 strokes of each other. 

2.)  If a player does not have an official GHIN handicap, the tournament organizing committee will flight the teams based on local knowledge of the players/teams. 

3.) Winning teams from each flight of the 2024 King of the Hill tournament will automatically be moved to the next highest flight. 

Flights:

1.)  Each team will be placed in their respective flight based on the lowest GHIN handicap on the team, not a percentage of each players GHIN handicap. The flights are as follows:

2.)  The tournament organizing committee reserves the right to cap the number of teams in any given flight.  Registrations are first come, first served. 

3.)  There will be no individual female flight.  All females will play from the White Tees with their GHIN handicap adjusted accordingly by the Dunes pro shop staff.  

Calcutta:

1.)  The Calcutta will be held at the Dunes Golf & Tennis Club on Friday, 10/4 at 6pm.  Team check-in will begin at 5pm.  

2.)  All teams in all flights will be auctioned off with the highest bidder 'owning' the team.

3.)  ALL monies for winning bids MUST be paid in cash immediately following each individual team auction.  No exceptions.

4.)  All teams may buy half of their team from the team owner (i.e highest bidder). It is the responsibility of each team to know who the winning bidder of their respective team is. The tournament organizers will not be responsible for tracking this for each team. 

5.)  All tournament winnings will be paid to the team owner (i.e. highest bidder). If you own half of your team, it is the team's responsibility to collect monies from the team owner.  The tournament organizers will not be responsible for tracking this for each team. 

6.)  A percentage of the Calcutta proceeds will be donated to the Gladiolus Food Kitchen.

The cost per player is $130, and includes greens fees, one golf shirt, food at the Calcutta, and food after the tournament.  All beverages are an additional cost.

All teams MUST check-in between 5-6pm at the Calcutta on 10/4.  If both players on a team cannot check-in on 10/4, then they MUST send a representative. 

ALL player fees MUST be paid upon check-in, on 10/4, NOT on tournament day. ALL player fees MUST paid in cash.
